If you notice, the arms are very disproportionate in the super buff mod. Simply because they were scaled up like crazy. I honestly don't want to make a mod that looks so disproportionate. I'll investigate making it more buff, but for now i'd reccomend either:
A) Taking the beast skele from that mod and using it on whatever race you want.
B) Grabbing my http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19253 mod and scaling it up to normal size, it'll look pretty bulky.
C) Going into nifscope and taking this skeleton and rescaling the arms to fit your criteria/

This mod messes with the skeleton using parent nif nodes to edit the X scaling of bones.
