I've corrected the bug and I've got the mod right here, but in the meantime I've been banned from the forum. Maybe for having an empty file slot (i don't know), but noone is answering when I try to contact them. I would really like to upload the file and correct my mistake (if thet's why I got banned), but it's pretty difficult when I can't access my account.
I've always kept my mods on nexus only because I liked this place... But my patience will soon run out and I will start uploading my mods (including the new version of this mod) to steam workshop instead.

I found the mistake. I had forgotten to define the conditions for the "fortify spell magnitude". I've corrected that now, but I will need to test it through before uploading. Stay tuned and enjoy playing God.
That's strange. I used the same techique as used in vanilla skyrim on the dualcast perk, but I did it in an other part of the destruction tree. I didn't touch all that stuff, but I think I know why it's changed. I alteded the spell magnitude - and somehow it got altered "worldwide". I'm pretty shure I can fix that as soon as I have the time to work on it. Until then the mod will have to go into hiding. Sorry for the trouble guys. I will get a few people to test it and make shure it's fixed, before I release the next version.
The effect in question is most definitely caused by this mod, I can confirm that. Every effect is multiplied. Even potions heal more.
Also, I looked at the mod in the CK and was wondering why you changed some ActorValues? Especially things unrelated to Destruction like AVDamageResist, AVSmithingSkillAdvance and some others.
