I do not play Skyrim much any longer. Consider this mod abandoned. Anyone who wants to do so are free to use my .png images in my mod for whatever reason they want.
All the links and info in my mod are out of date and inaccurate. The mod (Personal Notebook) that I wrote this content for is now either a brand new mod and reuploaded (but with the same name), or just far more advanced now. Either way, my link to that mod does no longer work.
The .png images probably still work fine to put into that mod (Personal Notebook). I have not tried myself, as I don´t play the game any more. All I know is that my link to that mod not working any longer. But the mod exists still. Or it may be a new mod with the exact same name. Or a reupload.
Thanks for all the endorsements. Never expected something I created with a simple paint program to get 2k downloads. Im glad so many liked it. Maybe I pick up the game again at some point, who knows.
Nice mod, i requested a mod a while back for a personal journal that you could write in like directly type in from your keyboard to take notes on quests etc, i think such a mod would require SKSE ? i don't know. Anyhow the post quickly got buried like most over at the mod request section.

I don´t really have the time nor knowledge to alter the book itself (and probably not even the permission to do so) because the book is not my own work. It belongs to Triplex2011.
What I have done is just a few png images to fit into that book. If someone else wants to edit the images and try to make them equippable then feel free to do so.
Any requests to make the book itself equippable/multiple copies/other changes should be directed to Triplex2011 as he is the creator of Personal Notebook.
@ Dolic: In my readme I explain how you can change the page order, so you could have my maps in pages 1-10.. or 11-20... or pages 4,5,6,8,10,11,14,15,16 and 19.. or any way you want. Or just have some of them and leave others out. So you do not need to have the first ten pages free, you can choose any ten or less pages that you happen to have free in your notebook. If you have filled your notebook entirely I don´t think I can help. You would have to make multiple copies with creation kit, which according to metal rex can be done. If you use CK, you can find out you can make a duplicate of the PN, add a #2 or something to your old one, and direct it to look to a new folder which has the png's and word documents in it. In simple words it just needs: renaming of folders, slight renaming of the objects name and redirecting of file paths. But yeah, my characters been running around with 2 PN in her inventory, should be coming up on getting a third soon."

Hey, i have a bit of a crazy idea to improve alot this mod. Make the book equipable so you can see the map while you are looking for the treasure, and clicking on the hand the book is equipped makes you turn to the next page, and the last page makes you turn to the first. This would help to not Open_inventory>misc>find_ the_book>open_it anytime u would like to check the map.
@daventry: I am happy with the way the maps are now.. I originally just made them for personal use but figured I share as maybe others want to use them too. I think map marker would make the treasures way too easy to find (and I already added my own descriptions written on some of the maps on how to reach the treasure locations to help find the correct places - btw map 1 is the outskirts of Riverwood, sorry for the text getting a little bit blurry and it may be hard to read). I do not want to make it even easier, I feel it would take the fun away from the treasure hunt and just reduce it to another "run to the map marker spot" event.
The treasures are not at all very difficult to find, but keep in mind that there is a bug in Skyrim that sometimes makes the treasures not appear. If you think you are on the correct location and just fail to see the treasure, you probably are correct but it just fails to show up. I can not do anything to correct this but instead I hope Bethesda will fix this at some point.
If you or anyone want to mod this further and add map markers or whatever you feel is missing you are welcome to do so. As I stated before there is no need to ask my permission, just credit me for the original work pls.
Can you make a Mod so we get a Quest Arrow Location to these Treasures, the Locations on the Maps are Useless and Unclear as to where exactly they are. ">

Just found this mod, and - unfortunately, I already have the Notebook, and it's filled with my own scribblings.
Is there ANY chance you could make this a seperate book ? (So, I can keep my own Notebook, and have your treasure book ?)
