I do not think this mod will ever be updated but perhaps add a garden/farm plot to make it a Farmhouse. It is very nice and simple, but it isn't necessarily a 'farm' house. :) I'm just picky, but it's a nice idea. I'll have to try it out until I can get Breezehome.
But I have at least two suggestions. I agree with others that there should be a small plot of land outback to grow some common plants. Like wheat, leeks, etc. Another suggestion is to add a small basement or even a small room near the back to house one or two children's beds.
This house is exactly what I have always wanted. I cannot believe I only just found it now. I'm not a fan of the overwhelming amount of clutter so many houses start out with (or too many rooms) and always end up spending a lot of time removing it all and setting things up almost exactly the same way this house is. Thank you so much for this!
I like the simple, but ample, storage, the ease of access, and the fact that it is just a house. So many house mods include vendors with 490586205987598 gold, power weapons and armor, winding corridors that lead to mostly useless rooms full of visual clutter, or are in crazy inaccessible places totally inconvenient to markets.
"Farmhouse" is one of those words that gets thrown around nexusmods a lot, kind of like "Immersive" or "Realistic" or "Lush", that don't necessarily mean what the authors think they mean.

Regardless, nice mod, even if it's in no way, shape or form a farmhouse beyond the fact it uses farmhouse texture assets.
