There is, but it requires you use the Creation Kit to make a mod that places them. The file even contains some screen shots of how to place them (NOT a complete step by step) If you have at least some experience in the CK you should be able to manage.
I released this as a modders resource long before I used it in my BBLS Patio Furniture mod.

you cant really screw anything up. If a mod you make screws something up you can simply disable and/or delete it. If you alter an existing mod, and thing go wrong, you can simply reinstall the original.
Things don't get "risky" unless you start modifying (and then overwriting, meshes, textures, or worse...scripts)
mod authors are shown the download history of JUST that mods files, for the purpose of helping troubleshoot problems. Not your entire download history.
hard to say for sure, but I'll tell you what I do know
1) MOST times when a mod "causes a crash at the load screen" it is because the mod has an ESP that is calling for a Missing ESM. as this mod is primarily a "modders resource" it has both an ESP and an ESM. A) The ESM (with the parts ready to be used, by other modders) B) The ESP using those parts (for a demonstration) So, if you have the ESP enabled, but the ESM disabled...you'll crash
2) according to your download history, you have never downloaded this mod. (could just be a glitch in the site)

@JRHT Sorry for the delay, I dont check on this mod everyday, as it does not get much trafic. The jewelry is all stock (i think) the bikinis are from variose mods, the red one is a "push up" bikini (i think) the blue and white floral, ummm (cant remeber off hand) the one you cant quite see (there isn't much of it, and its far away) on the girl laying on the "bud" towel, is one of my own. At the time this mod was made it had not been released, but it is now one of the many outfits in my "summer wear" mod.
