hey i found how to get the sunglare similar to your effect, you used this [RAYS]
SunRaysMultiplier=9.0 in your enbseries.ini really does add an effect.

So for that ill endorse your enb

The 'rain' video didnt show properly before, turns out I used my play list and it errored out. xD But it is fixed, take a look- it further showcases the main version of the mod. (Color pallete and all! )

There is a no bloom version and no SSAO version that eliminates a lot of the glowing and shadowing effects, it's meant for those with odd artifacts, but it could also be used to 'lessen' the heavy effects used. However if you dont want the coloring, just download enb customizer, and disable the color pallete option.

And yeah I agree, there is a LOT of bloom, but it fits my tastes. ^^ I tend to like the glow effect, especially at night. And for me the color pallete brings out skyrim a lot more. But I will upload a no color pallete version momentarily, with reduced bloom as well for those that would rather have that. c:

The sunglare is amazing, but the actual enb colouring and bloom and stuff is quite annoying, theres just too much.
Is there anyway i could just have the sunglare? haha

    Thanks

A new version has been released, I fixed the blurry SSAO issue, I've had a few bugs myself where grass grew darker up close. With this new version that is fixed substantially without sacrificing the SSAO effect. For those problems STILL with blocky artifacts, there is an optional version with no bloom and no SSAO, however please note it may sacrifice quality, as this config heavily relies on bloom and SSAO to gain a sense of depth. If the no bloom version does not settle anyone's problems, I can only say that it's ENB series itself conflicting with your hardware. As it's usually SSAO and Bloom creating odd artifacts. (And SSAO is often hard to configure- considering there are many other effects conflicting with it.)

Yikes! A rather blocky looking artifact there. D:

I reckon it may have something to do with the SSAO and Bloom effects. Try turning those off using the enb customizer, or lowering them. Also, what are your specs? As the SSAO does blur out certain things at times, and the bloom may create a slight 'blur' effect. Lowering either SSAO or Bloom may fix the problem.

Also, where did you experience this effect? And under what conditions exactly? (Weather, clouds, etc. As I will try to replicate it.)
