I wanted Umbra but it is not working. I installed Umbra mod via Nexus Mod Manager and launched Skyrim. when I launch skyrim and main menu showed up, my game closes immediately. I tried many things but it didn't work. this mod is dead.
it would be nice if you could get the amulet of kings. (hint hint)
yes, I know it was destroyed, but so was mehrunes razor and it was repaired ( if you complete the pieces of the past quest and chose to kill the guy at the end)
i'm a little stuck on the goldbrand part of the mod. i am to the point where i have the "Notes on eltonbrand" note, and i looked all around the place i found it and the place the note mentions, including under the floors with tcl in console. am i just not looking in the right places, or is this a glitch?

It should be noted that Umbra was destroyed completely 200 years before skyrim in the elder scrolls lore.
The story for it is actually pretty good if you read the books.
That being said this is a great mod.
