adds a new hall to breeze home that has a whole blacksmiths workshop in it.

adds a new hall to the bottom right corner of breeze home, here is a list of additions
- four new chests
- everything a blacksmith needs crafting wise
- a new balcony on the second level
- a bigger companion room
- fully nav meshed
- lore friendly, e.g. no mad additions that would never even be there like a spa or something crazy
because of the way i made it you have to use it in conjunction with the last three parts in the series. I have bundled all the esp's you need just unpack them into the data file and make sure you have them all running at the same time :)
