   I've updated the Mod to 1.1, which makes Enthir in the college of Winterhold sell the tome, rather than Lucan. Thanks for the suggestion Modger99!

   Good idea, but nobody buys from Lucan when hes not lvl 1. This spell is designed mainly 4 mages, right? Then give it to Collete Marence from the Winterhold College or Farengar. They are the mostly used spell vendors. Also Wylandriah in Riften and Calcelmo in Markarth should have these spell tomes 4 sale.
