Save your money an buy a low end GPU. (as a reference: My old 750ti had no problems with Ultra 1080p 60fps nad with visual mods it never dropped below 40)
So with around 100-130$ you can get really good FPS. And with a 650ti or a 750(ti) you only need a 400W PSU and no power connector since it gets the 60 watts it needs from the PCIe. Hope i could help you

There's always one like you. Why don't you let people do their thing? If they could save up to buy a lower end GPU, they wouldn't be here looking for this mod. Also, saving up to buy a low end GPU is the stupidest thing you can do with your money. Save up to buy at least a mid-tier. A low tier GPU will be obsolete fast even if it doesn't cost as much but a better GPU will last longer while not costing double.

    Disable Shadows INI Tweak
    and
Modify resolution to 640x480 Works out in my intel g45

But since the resolution was to low to read messages i now play in 800x600 and still i dont see much.

Game booster, Mz cpu accelerator and other ini tweak(as setting everything in the skyrimprefs.ini that contains the word "LOD" to 0 is a great performance boost [Just dont change the [sky] and the [lod] section).

Also skyrim configurator gives you everything to make your game run awesomely!

I'm a lvl 44 Imperial , Fighting for the Empire, and never failed a quest due to lag.

I even completed that quest where the master trainer archer that lives in the mountain puts you to a series of bow and arrow tests. Nailed It

About my VRAM memory its just 128 MB, originally 64mb but i changed it trough the bios

    Sorry for my English

640x480 is really bad, and I know that feel, bro.

Forgot to mention .. watch out for v2 of HiAlgoBoost aswell, from what I have seen of the current version and the hints to improvements in the next .. it looks very promising.

ecremer - couple of tips (I dont know if you would prefer them but I have found these to be very reliable over many years) ..

First Vanilla Reduced Textures (I know shameless plug; but a note for your list) ..
"Skyrim Performance PLUS-Pine Needles, Rainfall, Snowfall and Aspen Leaves FX
    Reduced Vanilla Textures"
Vanilla Reduced Textures for the last couple of versions has included and reduced the same files Skyrim Performance PLUS includes (and v9 of VRT is a lot better than previous versions)

For exe priority Prio is excellent for raising the games exe priority - And saving that priority. It replaces Task Manager, and throws a few more nice additions to task manager too.

My Defrag is good as a suggestion, but the main man in this field is one of Microsofts sysinternals developers, Mark Russinovich. He developed Contig, which is a command line defrag tool.
To compliment contig, RejZoR has developed a GUI for Contig called PowerDefrag ..
PowerDefrag and for updates to contig go here

Just a suggestion! Try Process Lasso. Classify Tesv.exe as a game and choose your default priority for it. Set mine to high and have noticed a difference. Similar to the program you recommend!
