@Feskmacka, honestly I don't mind it at all that he's very close by when about town or at home. Sniffing or braiding my hair as I sleep or bumping up behind me when I'm talking to someone. *giggles then grows very serious* However... *sighs* "Sometimes are good times to cuddle Cicero. And shoving me off a cliff or around the corner to have the big scary Draugr spot me before I can take him out with an arrow is REALLY not nice!"
Came here after running TES5Edit and reviewing any conflicts I might have to write just that. It's a good reminder to me to run TES5Edit and review my mods every now and again.
Since this was fixed in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, this mod is mostly obsolete.
It should be mentioned in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP for some reason.
If users still experience this issue with USKP, they should first check their load order for things that overwrite USKP's files and then apply appropriate compatibility patches.
I thought it was meant to be this way? It fits his character with him leaning in too close, staring intensely at your when you're awake and sniffing your hair when you're asleep...
But seriously, I might check it out later if I do get pushed off a cliff. Keep up the good work at fixing annoying oversights such as these
I'm sorry it doesn't work with DB initiates mod, but I specifically made it for vanilla Cicero, my character is female and doesn't like being touched :p
I don't understand why DBI doesn't use the vanilla template for Cicero, but if this doesn't work than the template has been changed or duplicated. In the second case maybe the load order could help. But I can't assure you . I just formatted my pc and have few time right now, maybe later I will look at that mod to see if i can do something (even if should be the mod author to fix his own mod, not me )
It doesn't seem to affect the DB initiates on my game. I wish it did. The initiate is constantly up in my personal space. I'm almost to the point of dismissing her even though I think they are superior followers. I just can't take her constantly being glued to me, and I don't like how they always say you're not supposed to be in here when you trespass. I have a mod that makes it so your followers will actually talk to you when you trespass, but it doesn't work with the initiates either. They are assassins! I don't think they should be concerned with trespassing.
I 'will' endorse this if it works. I came here looking for something to make him a little less irritating, like maybe something to stop him from saying that it tickles when I open his inventory... but him standing so damned close to me is also annoying too, so this is better than nothing. Thanks!
