Hi! I came looking for a harpsichord and left with a retexture of Markarth. It was tucked a way at the bottom and I am so glad I decided to try it. It is gorgeous! The subtle jewel toned touches throughout, the mossy pathways, the spectacular stonework that looks ancient and imposing and present at the same time. The gold and copper work are stunning and the almost bluish shade in some of the stonework make the city drip with ambience and culture. I have been playing since 2012 and have tried so many mods, upgrading along with my computer, 2 k then 4k etc. and for me, this mod made in 2012 blows them all out of the water! I am finally using Markath as a base because I enjoy the city now so much. I just wander around smiling and looking at everything where I used to feel drained of energy being there. So Bravo!!!P.S. I am using it with Skyrim SE/AE without any alterations and it still looks gorgeous!
Holy s#*!, it is! At least the main keep/inner walls and main gatehouse is. I didn't notice until you said it, and I was even thinking "This looks... oddly realistic"
This place is WAY to big for me and any of my characters BUT it is beautiful. I've fallen in love with the blue and gold textures. *sigh* A much smaller space with those and I'd be in heaven.
Won't be using this mod but I will be endorsing.
Oh, love the paintings you used. First time I've ever seen the Mona Lisa or pits from the Sistine Chapel in Skyrim. Love it!
sorry, haven`t been on forum, was doing other stuff, I had updated it really good, just got really bored and jump out, been modding for a very long time, got to get myself a really good excuse .
static buildings for me is extremely easy, just got to add in game collision, haven`t check out what is new in like a year or more, I was going to changed every building ingame at the time befoe I got bored of it all with all kinds of rl ancient civ. like Egypt, roman, etc in a skyrim style to my liking, never got to it, I`m ashame with all the meshes I made and only released a small %, but fussy about my releasing stuff now, u should see my game I had, lol, it wasn`t skyrim no more lol, thinking of jumping back in, I saw the mayan ruins and it got me thinking again.
as for npc, first I did the mod for myself and the reason it was to add tons of npc into it, I would go collect my favorite npc and slap it in the castle, works great with the mod that lets u add npc to your group. bye for now, bb later on, thx for the reply, not sure I can take the bad critics anymore
Hi. I am trying this out for my knights of the round table screenshots and am hoping that it works as well with my load list as it did for the people who have complemented this mod. It seems that you know the stories just from your use of the name "Tintagel". Just loading now, I'll come back with some feedback.
Edit; Just got out from a couple hours of enjoying your work. It is quite well done. Here are a few screenshots for you.
Sweetie don't let the critics get you down. i love your stuff and have since Morrowind. it doesn't always suit my character, but it's always beautiful and creative.
Good idea. I have that mod. I'd also love to see more homes by this creator, the textures are just pure elegance. I need something very very elegant and fit for a queen.
I agree fully with you Jenocide. I also need such a home. But I want take all my followers with mee I have a bunch of human followers, a wolf and a saber tiger. The last one is big, so he need much space.
I like this mod very much MJY, please make more of these homes. But please make the home with the Majan structures.
Hey mjy do you think it's hard to custom an already existing house in game? Say like... I'd like to change the house in Solitude to fit more my Redguard character. The egyptian-theme you've got in both this mod and another one you made for Oblivion makes me want to try. ^^
It is a great mod and it would be even cooler, if you add (many) NPCs. Just to bring life to this huge thing (; But it is an impressive work. You have my respect

There are a lot of medieval elements like paints and siege weapons.
