First off, the shield in question is the Shield of Ysgramor, and you can get it by following the Companions quest-line. Second, the armour is a re-texture of the Penitus Oculatus, you got that right. However, the way you said it (how to get it) made it seem like the armour belongs to a specific person named Penitus. This is wrong. The Penitus Oculatus are Imperial agents, or spies if you want. Third, I didn't quite understand what you said about the sword. "And it as now replaces the Akaviri Katana know as the Sword of the blades". What exactly does that mean?

I dunno why, and I dunno if it's just me, but when I put on the armor, my guy's body turns skinny as hell. Like, I can wear everything else fine but the armor makes my character go to the skinniest physique in the game.
PLEASE CREATE A HALO REACH SPARTAN ARMOR (black with a silver screen) that would bet THE BEST ARMOR EVER if you can do it make a vid on youtube so i know when it is out. THAT WOULD BE EPIC!!!!!!! thanks XD
