Thanks but I'm looking version remove discovered and undiscovered locations and all quest markers, Including floating markers. Whether you can do this version?
I just wanted to post and say thank-you for getting me lost I had no idea how dependent I had become on those landmark pop-ups on the compass until they weren't there anymore. I use Realistic Nights, and ESS, and I made the mistake of chasing some bandits off of the road at night in a blizzard. With no landmarks to guide me, I had no freakin' clue where I was when the fight was over and ended up wandering blindly in the approximate direction I knew I had to go, finally finding it as much by luck as skill. If I had been using Frostfall, I probably would have frozen to death. This is adventuring as it was meant to be, and I like it. Endorsed!
Only real problem I see with removing quest markers is you can't rely on good directions from quest mod authors who are counting on the nav points to guide us hapless adventurers. Edit ok so it only removes from the compass and not the map?
Anyone have an idea of how to install the mod via Mod Organizer? It is complaining about not having game data on the top level and I can't seem to select a data directory that satisfies it.
EDIT: I figured it out immediately after posting... Haha. For any MO users reading: Drop-down the variant you want to use and it should say "data" right there... just set that to be the data directory and you'll be a happy camper.
Could someone help me understand how to choose among the 3 versions? At first I thought this meant I get to choose during installation with NMM, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Even though that may be a bit late. I just downloaded this mod and encountered the same problem.
To install, you better download the mod manually, open it and then you can choose the folder you want (Variant 1-3). You open this folder, copy the data folder inside and paste it into your skyrim folder and overwrite the file if asked. Thats it.

The Author has been M.I.A. since Dec. 2011 - almost 2 years now.
Do they not care?
Is it 'on its own'?
I see that they are still active and created other MODS and such .. just not showing up here.....
I saw some questions that have gone totally UNANSWERED ...
Just saying, even a once-a-month "pop in" would at least show "STILL ACTIVELY HERE" ...

Great mod. Do you think you can make a thinner version of the compass?
