This mod does not work for me. There is no option to purchase from Proventus, Dragonsreach became "Drachenfeste " and attempting to enter Breezehome resulted in Skyrim shutting down completely, and I don't mean it crashed, it took me to my Steam library. Seems I'm not the only one struggling with it from looking here.
This mod seems to modify Honeyside in Riften as well. While it was installed the house name was changed to german and there was a non-functioning trap door in the basement floor. Taking it out reverted everything again.
This mod causes CTDs for me. Its very unfortunate, because it was just what I was looking for.
EDIT: It is not the mod in itself that causes the CTDs, but Hearthfire DLC. There is a mod called "Breezehome-Hearthfire CTD fix" by Meatbagwamm that fixes this. If you have both this and that mod, with the fix loading after this mod, this mod will work. Unfortunately, playing with this mod I noticed some navmesh issues. I'm going to have to uninstall it.

Problem is actually with Hearthfire.
A few posts down, the commenter recommends a mod called Breezehome-Hearthfire CTD Fix:

Had the same problem. Tried it. It works.

i've installed the mod, and using my old save file..
but it cause CTD everytime i tried to enter breezehouse
im using 1,8update, dawnguard, hearthfire DLC
im using Jaysus, Windsongs, DSpSoB mod also..
