SkyComplete does exactly that. It has every quests from vanilla plus extensions plus some quest mods plugins, and also books you didn't found, and basicaly everything you can find in the world.,
wish there were a mod that just let's you open a tab with all quests and by picking one you can activate it or deactivate it for example you get the Join Stormcloaks and you open the tab find this quest and deactivate it and it won't show in your jornal till you hear from someone that strmcloacks need people and so on they trigger the quest again ... for example lvl 30 boethia's calling you open the tab with your lvl 15 character select this quest activate it and it's in your journal go and simply do the quest ... something like that would bee priceless at least for me ;p and after you've done that quest you can't restart it over if it's a go kill a bear quest but if it's quest with multiple choices like give out sadia's cover or help her just to see both end's of quest then yeah but at the same time items and things like that you got from early choice made will be deleted like a save reload before that quest or something like that
can not open the pdf and the image file on pc tried abobe reader for the pdf and corrupted file and image file tried photoshop nero Roxio and Microsoft no luck
I downloaded it on my PC (PDF A4 version), unzipped the PDF, and then dropped the PDF into my Dropbox (app - free). Then on my iPad, I opened the pdf in my Dropbox and sent the file to the Adobe Acrobat Reader app (also free). You can scribble on the pdf to mark quests you've done using the freehand option, and you can save the scribble marks to the pdf.
