I like the idea and all, its a great idea, but think about the fact he's in a inn.. doing business where the food is and stuff, more understandable for him to be in a larger city, in his own place for being barber.
Bethesda Todd Howard announced that there will be a Barber in Riverwood where you can change Facial, but Not Character Races, so thanks for this Mod aswell ">
didn't bethesda say they won't add stuff in skyrim anymore and they will only continue patching/debugging? btw they have no reason to add a barber as they already added the face sculptor in dawnguard, which means everyone can use this face sculptor like a barber
Yeah but it's not the same. I want a simple haircut, not a plastic surgery. Even if I pretend that the sculptor also doubles in barbering, 1000 septims for a simple haircut? Come on. It breaks the immersion for me. And let me tell you something- IF YOU'RE NOT ROLE-PLAYING ,YOU'RE PLAYING THE GAME WRONG!
I'm downloading this because the guy takes money for his job. Good thinking on that one. All the other barber mods work for free and that kind of breaks my immersion. 1-What are these guys living on? 2-Why would anyone willingly work for free, unless it's charity? But then again, some guy's haircut is not charity. xD
It works. I installed it without the money update so the barber is doing his job for free. It opens the ''showRaceMenu'' but in some kind of reduced mode with not all the options (avoiding crashes it the game runs out of memory, at least in my case); also works with hair mods like Apachi and so on.
In my case, the first time I were unable to speak with the barber, but saving the game and loading again solved the problem.
And about the break in the main quest line, I'm at the very beginning of the game so I can't say anything about it. Anyone can confirm this?
mmm does this mod really broke the main quest line? cuzzz i already downloaded it just need to activate it. someone answer fast? i really want this mod. cus my hair is to long(hair mod) and clipped with the armor i got(also a mod) i want to change to a shorter hair. its perfect cus i dont want to reset my stats/perks or whatever cus it took me a hell of a ride to get where i am now.
Riverwood barber works great it didn't change my character stats or skill points thanks for making this. Just be sure you don't change your race or any other feature as it will change your skill points and other stats you've earned. i hope in the future you can get a better mic tho bro great dialogue you setup tho
