No conversion is needed, as they are just texture replacements - so all you need to do is install it as you would with standard Skyrim, and you're good to go.
As long as an existing graphical mod doesn't use any additional meshes or .esp/.bsa files, it'll work fine with Skyrim SE.
The oldest Rock mod on the Nexus is also the best one.. Just what I was looking for, right colour not too dark not too light.
Right complexity of the texture, not too photorealistic (which ends up looking like vomit from the distance) not too cartoony (vanilla and similarly coloured ones).
This looks great. I might try it. Im using skyrocks right now but the lighting mod i have doesn't work well with it, and makes the distant mountains too light. He made a darker version of the rocks, but it was too green.
maybe it dont matches perfect with some vanilla rocks... but it is the best mountain texture mod for me and i´ve tried all i could find on nexus! thx!!

I like the darker style, but sometimes i miss the default grey vanilla color. and in some cities they appear a little bit diferent from the others.
Can you make a less dark version of this mod?
