You're right, actually my first approach was to make the background wall move aside slowly, as the wall is a nif attached to the skyrim logo but couldn't find a way to do so on that time. If someone can give a tip I might get some time to try it again and port to SSE, or if someone else fixed it already ... I'm always looking for a free weekend to replay skyrim again.
Now if only there was a way to animate it so the camera pans across it from the beginning to end. It'd be a bit like Oblivion's title screen with the map of Cyrodiil (Now that I think of it, why wasn't Oblivion called "Elder Scrolls IV: Cyrodiil" like the way Morrowind and Skyrim were named?)

By the way, this MOD by any way does not disrupt the game right? (like lag or something)
