This was fixed in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, making this mod mostly obsolete.

It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP.

If users still experience this issue with USKP, they should first check their load order for things that overwrite USKP's files and then apply appropriate compatibility patches.

Was it fixed in USSEP? If no, can you make an SSE version?

Dude, does this mod fix the bug that i can't temper the armor?
If not, is this mod compatible with another mod to fix that?
    Thanks in advance,and nice work

@spaceinvader: I was wondering if you have any idea what the little pouch included with the texture diffuse map does? I'm in the process of doing a retex of this armor and there's this little pouch but I can't see it showing up in either the "light" armor or the studded. Thanks in advance and thanks again for fixing this issue

@Tsukika- The skirt and tassles are both the same part of the UV map. Maybe Bethesda didn't get around to filling in the detail since they decided to use the other part of the texture, I dunno. In-game though, it's hardly noticeable, even if both variants are on the screen at once.

@humanbeingonmars- I suppose all things are possible, but it certainly bothered me enough to change it regardless of their intent, haha.

@rolloLG- The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is that there's a version of the armor that points to the wrong mesh in the CK, in which case there's nothing I can do without an .ESP, which is beyond the scope of this mod.

Mmmh, I'm afraid you have to patch-fix more than 1 model: sometimes I find wanderers and bandits without studded metal for the skirt.... Identified as Studded Imperial Armor by the game.
Idolaf at Whiterun and others use also a version without metal (also on shoulders) by design, and that's ok in that case.

Nice catch! But one thing, though.

Have you considered that this may have been intentional? They could have done this in order to give distinct looks to the male and female versions of the armor, while keeping used memory to a minimum since they share the same texture.

    What do you think?

Nice, although the imperials still looking like a leather gang, and never like a Army who could conquer the continent, but it helps a bit.

But such fixes, are of cours always awesome.

I agree, this is a nice catch. But the skirt on the 'After' picture has less detail, it seems. What happened?
