hi there I think I may have found a fix but needs further testing I removed from this mod the "clouds_oblivion.nif" file (simply delete it) and edited atmosphere.nif with nifskope what I did was just changing the values of "ambient color", "diffuse color" and "specular color" to black (#000000). These were set to white (#ffffff) in the original mod. try downloading it: https://www.sendspace.com/file/uxkumj up to now the white blotch hovering the character has gone... I will test it further and report if it comes back. cheers,

atmosphere.nif this file what it does? its glitching my game http://i40.tinypic.com/2411i0y.jpg and http://i44.tinypic.com/34f1ume.jpg , if anyone have this problem delete the this atmosphere.nif.
Just better uninstall it, have problems with CoT too.
Actually these files are not for Skyrim,indeed.Especially the one is not even at the meshes of the game.Color banding is the reason ,however maybe with some tweaks in the "atmosohere.nif" file would give a better visual.
