      No the nazgul are also know as the black riders. you are thinking of the fel beasts.

   pute in the Nazgul armor from shadow of war and make it so if you get to level 40 you can summon a serpent dragon to ride and control

   Imagine: With this armor use it with the Bend Will Shout form Dragonborn at a Serpentile Dragon. It will make for a perfect nazgul experience! lol

    i don't have any dlc, my version of nazgul had a problem when i try other cloths (hoods and hats) the character's head always pokes out of what it wears, and am so sad because i can't add beards or scars like other races, i love nazgul's range of powers that's why i keep using this mod, i hope you'll fix this and thank you for this great mod !
