This broke for me quite some time ago, the same way. I think it broke with DLC release IIRC. Lately I have been thinking of trying to fix it but my modding ability isn't very great, too bad this is now an unsupported mod.
I would have to agree with Dragten. Once you start loading those up with weapons, more specifically mod weapons that have higher textures, there will be significant lag on even a top-drawer rig. One modder (can't remember which one, sorry) had a large amount of mannequins and racks, but put them in multiple cells. Whiterun is my favorite place to hang out, so I love any mod that makes Breezehome better. Just a suggestion.
I'd suggest you to focus on more quality before releasing. From just looking at the screenshots, I've spotted many clipping errors and 'void holes'. And I free good advice: do not use that many weapon racks. I've learned it the hard way. At some point, it will make your game crash.
