@Raiden8 I have considered doing a full makeover on Breezehome and using a similar fireplace. I might do so in a future mod. In my opinion the back section of Breezehome's main floor is setup horrribly.
I am currently working on an update for this mod. It will fix the mannequins and weapon plaques that some players have reported. It will also add more bookshelves to the basement. The mod will be released as a new mod instead of an update to this mod to avoid any complications during installation since a number of things changed. I will post a link to the mod when it is complete. If you want more information about the mod please check out my website www.demorus.com. I will post information as often as I can. Thanks for your support. Take care!
@IvanRokot To be safe it is probably best to remove items from the house if you are concerned about losing items. If you don't want to remove them then make sure you save right before installing the mod so you can revert back if something goes wrong.
Nothing will dissapear randomly during the game as there is no respawn set to the home.
sorry guys..doing a quick update here from my phone to let u know what is going on...looks like a farmer was digging around the edge of his field and ripped up some of the utilities. they say it will be back up tomorrow. if not i will run over to my friends house and post the mod from there..so check back tomorrow..hopefully no later then 6:00 pm est..that would be 5-23-12

i just thought it makes so much more sense as a layout to stick it there instead of right in the floor in the middle of the room
