Very inconsistent. "Arkay : +25 Health" and then "Julianos : Magicka +25" "Healing spells + 10 percent", would be better if it was "Restoration + 10%" Also the space before the colon is not needed. I edited most of the descriptions in TES5Edit and removed the wild edit.
Hello MyGoodEye, thank you so much for this mod. This is an essential mod for me, for all the game-plays. It should be part of GEMS, if it is not already. I put my comment here because I want to second this comment above, there are some inconsistencies, that I hope you will have the time to do, as thenobody0 above mentions. Also, there is one shrine, I believe of Stendar if I am not mistaken, it does not have the effect next to its name in parentheses.

Why not release your own version with the inconsistencies fixed and the DLC added instead of just saying negative things about this mod. I'm not saying that I disagree, but if I knew how to modify the mod and/or make a mod, I'd probably fix it and ask for permission to upload the fixed version or I'd make my own mod from scratch and release it with the fixes.
Speaking of the DLC, someone did release their own mod with the DLC included. I don't know that the inconsistencies are fixed, doesn't appear so from screenshots, but the DLC is supposedly added. ===Shrine Blessings by Viglen===
MGE, Excellent concept, report is that it works well with vanilla game, which is great. Great imagery as well. It appeals to me because of the way this enhances the religious or at least ritualistic aspect of the game. Recently got ultimate edition on sale. Uh, let me put it this way: Thank you, MGE, ahead of time and in anticipation of an updated file for this mod so that it includes and functions with each of the DLCs. In the meantime I am your fan but only tracking this file.
