Hey BuGi, it would seem my issue was related to Live Another Life as I observed once the quest was completed and I disabled the esp (As per Arthmoor's recommendation) the missing interiors returned. I've solved this bug in general with the ESP+ESM combo structure so I'll be giving this another try today.
Edit: An ESM+ESP combo got it working and my problem interiors are fine. Fixed a minor navmesh bug by the door as well, you just needed an extra triangle connecting 94 and 91.
@Cataxu Yeah, I've occasionally got that same issue myself. Seems to happen once you have a certain number of additional interiors (dungeons usually) loaded, regardless of what's in them / what mod it is. No idea if that's fixable somehow
The dungeon was giving me a few missing interiors in other dungeons (I run a large number of mods, at least 10 locations so it's likely a "conflict"). An ESM+ESP combo didn't solve it so I may have hit some sort of mod limit. It looks really good though!
There isn't really a back story for this, I'm terrible at making stuff up Just wanted to see if I could do a nice looking dungeon, and prison seemed a nice choice to go with the fort surrounding.
Like to think I succeeded with the good looking part, started another dungeon as well
