My lad, this mod, it makes my soul happy to see 15th century armor everywhere. You did a great job here, pal!

I had the same issue and, unfortunately, you have to start a new game to fix this.

It looks kinda weird seeing thalmor in armor, they are supposed to be mages so it seems kinda weird when they are wearing heavy armor, just kinda removes the character of them.

Whats the load order? And all the people are missing their bodies. I installed everything and Armies of Skyrim was last, but all the people that were changed have no bodies. :|

Umm.. It's good but you should go for a more realistic medival style i mean the soldiers wear really mixed equipment, example: the imperials wear sallets and steel shynbaulds (boots) with roman segmentata chest armor it makes no sense maybe you should change the legionnaries chest armor to a mail / platemail / studded mail etc. so it would look more realistic also it's weird that all legionnaries wear heavy armor wich would be extremely expensive therefore it makes no sense that normal infantrymen would all wear heavy plate armor they're not all men at arms or noble knights so they should be wearing infantryman's equipment.
Btw if you want more historical advise then just message me. Best of luck with you mod

I'm really glad to have found this project.

Hopes the new mod comes with the replacer option. I wish I could play Skyrim as most medieval as possible... I'm tired of the barbarian/romanian styles of armies we have.
