This isn't a mod is just a INI tweak you can open you Skyrim ini files and press ctrl+f and find all words with shadow and replace 1 with 0 save and is done.
Nothing changed. I organized with loot, I changed all the prefs from the documents folder that needed changed. Nothing is different. Still have shadows.
You have the Skyrim ini and Skyrim pres ini in different places.If you use Mod Organizer you have them in Profiles inside of the tool.If you use Skyrim default settings they are on Documents\My Games\Skyrim.
I can't open Skyrim now ever since DLing this mod and NMM to go with it. Followed directions exactly. I've tried everything: launching Skyrim through NMM, through steam, directly through skyrim exe, as administrator, after restarting, resintalling everything, etc....
But every time Skyrim launcher opens, I click play, it starts to launch, and just reopens launcher. Click Play, back to launcher, over and over.
In the SkyrimPrefs.ini fileset values ??= 0 in lines: iShadowMapResolutionSecondary = 0 iShadowMapResolutionPrimary = 0 saved shadows and gives a big increase in FPS. Sorry for the translation, I don't know English, it's all a googol translator! try this method, if it doesn't help, then download the mod!
Is not working for me -__- , at least some shadows are removed, but that is not because of this mod but for the .INI changes, i have changed the .INI files from Documents and that one from MO2 profiles....still nothing, all tweaks into those 2 "SkyrimSkyrimPrefs.ini " EDIT: now i think that is working, i thought it wasn't because my character still has that dark huge constrast due to the shadows when looking at the horizon. EDIT: in order to disable the excesive brightness due to disabling shadows, i should disable the bloom effect somehow.

If not, is there a mod that does?

Strange problem, any ideas?
iShadowMapResolutionSecondary = 0
iShadowMapResolutionPrimary = 0 saved shadows and
gives a big increase in FPS.
