   alchamy is only 6 ranks bug i think
   restoration healing + per replacer for the 1 that dubbels healing chaced 2 healing + rank 2 en 3 3 piont perk

   There is nothing such as "more perk points" you need to have a mod that adds them

   How did you get 152 perks?
   Looking for a Mod that adds more Perk's Point, even though the Mod that you have created is good.
