Hey guys sorry you're having issues with it. In truth, I only made it per request and don't really plan on updating it or making it compatible with any one elses mod. I don't even use it myself!
It does change the race file but it doesn't touch any of the abilities. When you have two mods competing to be dominant though, a very wide array of bad things can happen. I'm sorry this response is so late but I don't check my mod pages very often.
Apparently this conflicts with the Races module of SkyRe. Loading SkyRe after this mod reverts the animations back to default, I'm guessing because of the changes SkyRe makes to race heights. Loading this mod after SkyRe, while it makes the animations look nice, for whatever reason it cancels out the changes to the Berserker Rage ability, but keeps the one for Orcish Smithing. Quite confusing and annoying.
Also the same thing happens with Female Orc And Followers Walk And Animations Fix by chaosknight19, and Orc Female Idle Fix by Didier47. It seems odd that a change to animations would interfere with a specific ability.
@Gambit77: I changed the Orcrace file. The female section was changed to use the female behavior files instead of the male. So, it should apply to every npc that's a female orc. My only guess is you have a mod that changes Lash specifically that's overriding my mod. That's just a guess though. If that isn't the case, I don't know why she wasn't effected. Unless for some reason the game doesn't classify her as an orc. I'm sorry for the very late reply. I doubt you'll even see this but if you do, I'll try to figure out why she isn't effected.
Does this mod change a global variable or did you go into every orc female and change it, because this is (as far as I've seen) working for me for every orc female except for Lash from Karthwasten.
@Kerish: After some testing and poking around in the plugins I can faithfully say this mod is not the issue. Everything is exactly how it is supposed to be. My only guess is the mod is in conflict with another mod from another author. As to what mod, I would guess anything that changes the Orcs. I wish I could be of further help but the problem is not on my end. Let me know what the problem is if/when you figure it out. Best of luck.

Dawnguard Glowing Vampire Eye Fix - All Races by Ryeong.
I can have the glowing eyes or the feminine stance with my Orc Vampire female, depends on the loading order of the two mods.

Then I noticed it applied to the male orcs, instead.
I have no idea how or why it did that instead, when it clearly works for everyone else. Any help would be appreciated.
Glad to hear!
