   This is the best idea for a custom race yet. The Dovahkiin should be a summary of all races. Complaining of being OP when the Dovahkiin can use shouts and his enemies cannot is mute.

   Sounds kind of interesting... don't know if the race should be called "Dovahkin" maybe just "Hybrid" or something. Definitely OP compared to the other races, but that seems to be the idea

    In active effects the fire resistance does not appear for me.
