Pardon the long response time, Nexus decided not to send me a notification about your comment.
I can't say for certain because I don't use Immersive Creatures. But this basically uses the 'Banish' magic effect and requires the keyword 'ActorTypeUndead.' As long as the summon you are targeting has that keyword (and meets the level requirement) it will be banished. I hope that's helpful! If I see a bit more interest, I might be willing to return to this project.
Out of curiosity, the description says "But if you choose to use it on every undead you see, you wont get any loot.", so i assume it's not like banishing the soul back to rest and turning them into ashpiles but rather "deleting" them ?
The reason I made it Conjuration in the first place was because I use Conjuration. If I was more of a Paladin/Priest type I might have made it Restoration.
So instead of accomplishing the 'unsummon' effect with holy/divine power, I decided to reverse the same method a Conjuration mage would use to trap souls. It makes perfect sense to me.
That being said, I can probably make a Restoration version in a couple of minutes, so I'll add that to my list. Check back in a day or two.

They are indeed deleted.
