   Have you tried to reinstall meshes and textures ? Something must be missing here. Anyway, I will soon make an update with the meshes reworked in Blender so there should be no more black parts.

   There's some weird clipping going on with the arms on the expert robes, so I know it's supposed to work. The question is how to remove the blackened parts of the clothes

   EDIT: There appears to be some weird stuff going on with the apprentice and journeyman robes with this (it's just black where skin should be) but the mod for the archmage works just fine.
   
   Any ideas on how to fix?

    If you only need the archmage robe, you're free to install only those folders and the esp. The other robes were made on request ;-)
