   You can get down there, through brylings house or whatever he's called. There's actually a trapdoor in his basement. (the house next to the palace on the north side of the street).

   You technically can go in the sewers.. I believe if you use the crumbling wall in the solitude jail cell you can escape via the sewers!

   I thought I heard screaming in the sewers. I had wondered if there was a quest to go down there.

   I don't mind the noise at all, it's actually good it is there in my opinion. It's just that it makes you wonder if you can get down there but can't... I miss the Imperial City style Sewer System.

   I've never really noticed a sewer noise, a before/after video would be nice.

   I just cant understand why there would even be a Sewer Noise if theres no story behind it or that you never go underground, i would expect Riften to have Sewer Noise. ">
