Funny that you made this mod. My friend who I am helping with the "Expanded Winterhold Ruins" mod (we are added a big area to it soon), he made this set of clothing available in one area. Did not know they were the Psijic robes until I came and looked at your photo again. I'm still going to use your mod though.
BTW, if you want to make your mod NMM installable, then put the .esp in a "Data" folder within the rar. That way, NMM will know exactly where to put the file.

the robe is upgradeable, but its armor rating remains 0, before and after upgrade
my favorite is using console command
coc Qasmoke
takes you to a room where every item of skyrim is in there sorted by type.
theres also an enchantment weapons chest
its like..take every weapon from skyrim.... multiply it by about 7. ^^
...but yeah you can find those robes in there ^^ also other things like jarls clothes etc
