    @hodeedo Sorry for the late answer. I've been busy. The chest is located in the whiterun castle. in the room with the magic guy. The chest isn't needed for the mod to work. Just for people who are to lazy to get the spells

    @Pitrus As far as i could tell there is no bugs with NPC's (enemies) The note was basically saying that i changed some of enemies damage back to default settings but not all npc's are finished. So in short words some enemies have double damage and some have default damage. I just couldn't wait any longer to release this

    It's funny, there are tons of complicated mods that try to balance the magic system of Skyrim making destruction more viable, and this still seems the most appealing to me!

    I don't quite get the note at the bottom of your description, is there no effect on NPC's whatsoever or is there a little but you're not working on it any more?
