@ arcaedion It does, yes. I guess i could have left the random loot list on it intact, so you'd still get your first-time loot on it, after making Faendal your companion. However i always felt that to be very much of an intrusion and rather gamebreaking experience. I mean who would, just after meeting someone, go into their house and loot it for valuables ? Though i guess you could find means to justify it "in character".
Hi. Playing a hunter right now, and the hunting grounds around riverwood is not the best. I also have made myself some companions i rather use, so i will not need any storage in Riverwood. However should i make a character that would stick around in Riverwood longer in the beginning, i will rather use this, than a house mod, so i will have to give you for the idea, and it is hardly gamebraking. Congratulation with your first mod release and hope you will be encouraged to make many more. Ps. Sorry for my bad English since it is obviously not my native language.
