I love this mod and 13th warrior and the boat home near Windhelm (HELL YES, finanally a true place for a nord and not some San Francisco milk drinker's appartment near Riften or Whiterun)
I've noticed that when i load it in my game sometimes i get that problem i'm trying to fix it. i think it is a cell conflict and the boat is betwen and sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn't. Try to deselect the mod and make a clean save without im, and select it again and load the game.
@sergeynest i downloaded this, both manually and with nmm. easy install as it's only an esp. however i seem to have a problem. no boat. yes to the map marker and all the stuff on and around where the boat should be. i'm leaning towards a load order conflict. boss does not recognize your mod so it puts it in the reorder category. any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
