Update - I just released a new mod, "ESP - Expanded Skyrim Presets", which includes 315 NPC presets and 30 original presets. Lokir and Prima are included so if you'd prefer a preset to a saved game you should check it out.

@RIPmisoe666 Just to follow up, I think you've created a monster. I've decided to amend my mod to include more than 200 new presets (across all playable vanilla races), most of which will be NPCs. All the most attractive or popular NPCs are to be included. I'm working hard on it and hope to post it within the week. Thanks much for the suggestion!
I'm glad to hear that, thanks. Since your work is pretty awesome, any new presets added to the game will sure be great, whether they are npc clones or new creations I'll keep my eyes open for your mods
@RIPmisoe666 That's definitely a possibility. I had started working on a mod that would offer one or more additional presets to each race, but for that mod I was focusing on original creations rather than NPC clones. As you know, the beauty of presets is that you can further customize the character to your liking without encountering the bugs inherent in the showrace menu. I could definitely do a clone preset mod that would package a number of them together in one plugin file. You could activate the plugin prior to character creation and then deactivate it after if you don't want it cluttering up your data files. I'm definitely going to look into that. Thanks for suggesting it!
No, you're thinking of Legate Rikke, who is a different character. This Imperial Captain only appears in Helgen. In fact, if you enter the keep with Ralof, she's the one you have to kill so you can get her key.
