   Should upload this to the SE version as well. Since it's just an empty ESP and loose files it works great!

   Seriously - thank you so much for doing this, I have tinnitus (ringing in the ears), so your mod is extremely necessary for people like me!
   
   I have a humble request, ...would you please make an entire 'Quieter Spells' pack? (Pretty sure everyone here will be SPAMMING the endorse button if you do! (I know I will!)
