I have no intention of ever joining the sleazy thieves guild and the game glitches out and marks something I got legitimately as stolen enough to want to be rid of the whole stolen items thing.
IMPORTANT: If you're using other mods like "Immersive Citizens" the game may crash after you use the console command and then save. The save will be corrupted and will crash to desktop. IT HAPPENED TO ME, but thanks to an auto-save i managed to caught up and turn it back to valor "0".
Console commands were made to unbug the game and you should be carefull on saving after using them. ( I Recommend the autor to tell this on the description! )
However, adding "player.addperk 00058F79" to a previous save, will add the "Fence" perk witch is the same this mod does and the corrupted save will be fine again.
2 words fix mod. i typed it loads of times but its not working do i have to be a certin level in speech or have a perk point or what? please help. (P.S. it says it can't open batch file)
Good to know. It was a pain cos the game assumed that whatever I took was stolen (stuff I took off dead Rebels in the dungeons starting tutorial after Dragon attack !)
Pity though that there isn`t a Mod that acts more realtically. Say if you sell too many stolen things from the local citizens or something really important the Merchant might refuse or even report you. Feels a little bit like a cheat using the console command.
