Once you get above 80, it takes a huge number of skillups to gain a level, so thought this would help. Sadly, when I activated it *seems to* get stuck just before a levelup, then never increases. I've even tried, using training but the level bar just seems stuck at 99.9%.
This is a great mod for those that hate how slow some characters level. My warrior leveled up fast with the vanilla system, due to armor, weapons, ect. However, I have started another mage, and this time want to keep it a mage...hehehe. And leveling just from attack spells, the occasional disenchanting, ect, takes FOREVER. But think its mostly the lack of armor leveling.
I can foresee a higher level cap with this system, comparing my character level and my skill levels. However, the game difficulty still seems normal. IE Not godly nor a wimp. So other than boosted magika, hp, and stamina levels, due to the increased cap, at the past 80 levels...it seems to stay pretty balanced.
So if you know what you are doing, what skills you want, but don't want to wait...Check this one out.
Holy Gods this is amazing with PPE, seriously. With PPE you get a hell of alot more perks with 10 ranks per perk, so with this you actually get a chance to use them. this really needs more endorsements, Good job man!
@Yujimbo: Are you looking for "linear" levelling? You need a mod that will set the XPMult value to 0. That way, going from LVL80 to LVL81 or from LVL2 to LVL3 will require the same amount of effort.
Look for a mod called Levelling Pace and use "option H".
I have been looking for a mod that i can change skyrims vanilla level ups with out a script extender. All I really want though is for a mod to change skyrims leveling to that of oblivion or morrowind, and by that I mean it takes 10 skill increases to level up no matter what level you are on.

fXPLevelUpMult = 25
This mod changes them to
fXPLevelUpBase = 50
fXPLevelUpMult = 2
does that mean the lower parameter is faster leveling
