It's hard to believe over a decade has passed since releasing this. I updated this mod when the PS4/Xbox One versions were released, but this was never updated on Nexus for SSE due it porting just fine into the game. I haven't used the tools in a very long time, not since I was in college well over a decade ago. Glad to see so many have come to love this little treehouse. Thanks for all the comments and keeping this going.
This is another favorite of mine in the realm of tiny player homes. It's so small but very immersive and really feeds my imagination. I love both the exterior and interior, and the location is great! The interior is small but there's still so much in there. I also love the little bit of lore that comes with it in the diary. This is a great starting point in the early stages of the game.
Probably the best tree house after more than 5 years... Why?
-Because it's small and doesn't try to be a full comfort manor. -It's actualy up high enough to be called a TREE house -It doesn't have stairs but a simple ladder. -It got a great view.
+ It has a plausible reason for why it's available for you for free + It has a reasonable feature set for a hunters treehouse + Despite that, it still has a pretty good feature set + It's convenient to both Riverwood and Whiterun
I'm actually coming back to this after trying out a more "deluxe" version. *This* is the one.
I love this mod! Honestly, out of all of the house mods I played, this is my favorite. I used this on PS4 a few months back, and now my laptop can somehow handle heavily modded Skyrim, so I'm using it on this. I love how there's actually some small quest, and the house isn't huge and OP. Great mod.

I think it's much better, and has so many cool little features. It's a must for a Hunter play through.
