This mod pops up in Vortex as an Oblivion Mod because the bsa is outdated. I tried to updated it myself, but Creation Kit is being an a-hole and not open it at all. I found that vortex mark anything that is using a bsa below version v1.4 or 14 will mark them this way. Can anyone figure out how handle this. The three that I having issues with is
I did not do the autosave turn off for I was able to use it, but I am trying to deal with TCL issues that I am having with the entire game. I do not know where I read that at. However I did find this at https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex/issues/9051
This issue has been created to collate all "Incompatible BSA/BA2 archive" bug reports. Your report has been added to this GitHub page as you've recently reported that Vortex is "erroneously" reporting your game archive as incompatible.
Vortex's archive checker functionality is designed to read the archive's header to ascertain the target game for the archive - there is absolutely NO way this check would give false results - your mod archive has probably been created using outdated tools which were meant to be used with a different (older) game and therefore the fault lies with the mod archive and the mod author for not using the correct archive packing tools! The mod may appear to be working correctly in-game in some scenarios, but bottom line is Vortex's warning is correct and the mod archive has an incorrect header value!
Ignore the warning and play as you usually do but please keep in mind that any irregularities in the game are potentially due to the incompatible archive.
Report this issue to the mod author and ask him to update his mod using the correct archive packing tool.
Disable the Bethesda Archive Check extension as seen below - again, any irregularities in the game are potentially due to the incompatible archive. (We will not offer support to users who opt for this option.
I believe it causes the issues that I have with the game due to this. So, due to this ,I found a decent replacement for this mod and here it is

Since discovering this mod, Breezehome, Honeyside, Hjerim, Proudspire Manor, Severin Manor and Vindrel Hall are still on the market, and will stay that way for as long as I continue to play this game. Seriously, if you have this tent and 4 followers you don't NEED any of the player homes and can just save all that gold for important things like cheese wheels.
