      Now I am curious.
      What was the question?

I updated from version 1.5 to 1.6, so I didn't have to have so many of your other mods running, and the textures on several of the swords: all I Hara blades, twinkle, icedeath, and brotherhood dagger are now pale white with no definition on the blades and the hilts of the I Hara blades have weird reddish blotches on the black. I tried a reinstall, tried it with a new game and the "washout" (for lack of a better word) is still there. Any thoughts how I can fix it?

There is absolutely no red at all on IHara weapons textures
my only thought is the differences in the emissive colors between the glow mapped version and non glow mapped versions.
so if had one version but updated to the other there would be differences in the emissive lighting in the nif.
the glow mapped textures contain a glow map which is essentially black except for what is supposed to glow which is white or a shed of grey.
the emissive color for the glow mapped version is white
if this nif is used without a glow map texture it would make everything pale white and wash out the texture.

so i recommend using the glow map add on to correct this until I can change files.

      EDIT:
      I have uploaded v1.6a
I am sorry for my mistake. Some of the files in v1.6 were for the glow mapped versions of this mod so if using the un-glow mapped you were missing the glow map textures with blank off parts of the texture so they don't glow.
This would make them seem very bright in game.
I also went through and tweaked some of the emissive colors, and specular strengths on some of the models.
Changed tauriels bow out for latest properly rigged latest version.
      Should be GTG now.
Thanks for the bug report so I could repair it.

Sorry I didn't see your reply sooner. I got distracted living life and playing Skyrim in my free time to relax. ;) Thanks for the fix. I did download it as soon as I saw the update notice. Love your weapon mods, so I am super happy and super grateful. Thank you again. :D

Your weapons and bows are awesome!  Thanks for doing the merges.  But one question.  If we're using the Nicoroshi Creations For Bowgasm with the Bowgasm merge,  do we still need to use the Glow map addon for Nicoroshi Creations, and if yes... does the Glow map load after the other two?

      Yes
if you want glow mapping on the selected blades  then download and install the glow map add on file after Nicoroshi Creatiins 1.6aBowgasm
      Let it overwrite

install Bowgasm before or after.  Doesn’t matter.

Added Main file 1.6a Bowgasm to be used with Bowgasm mod to prevent doubling of items in game and crafting menu.

Use this file if using Nicoroshi Creations with Bowgasm.

hey nico, can you make a dsr patch for all the weapons or just the swords, daggers and axes? the link in imagex's post on page two is either hidden or missing.
or will the dsr patch tutorial work on the swords daggers and axes with or without the glow meshes? because if they do i might be able to make them for dsr, but i don't know if they require the glow map addons or not to work with them.

I don't know much about DSR other than some people (a lot of people) like it.
The glow map addons are a modified .nif for the model of the item that has a box clicked in the BSLightingShaderProperty telling the model to look for a glow map texture as well as a white emissive color instead of black, and one more .dds texture file marked .dds_g which is kinda like a mask. Everything black except for what you want the white emissive color to show through.
So....without knowing much about that tutorial i would say it should work with or without the glow map depending on which version you use to make the patch.
      Have fun modding

I have created all left hand and sheath models needed for making Ecotone dual sheath for Skyrim SE work
I don’t use dual sheath redux in my skyrim LE installation but the files created may be of use to you if you’re making your own patch
Honestly don’t know if they work for LE or not but if someone wants to try they are here >>>

I love the textures and I remember using this mod in the past. I was just wondering if these weapons are craftable only, or if they will appear on npcs and with vendors. I'm installing it anyway and if I have to I can make those changes with creation kit, but it would be cool if you mentioned it on the description page. Thanks for the awesome textures.

      Sorry for the late reply
The weapons are all Craftable and can be upgraded. The individual read this files tell of locations I have placed them within game to find. Kinda a happy Easter egg hunt especially if you don’t read the file and just happen across them while you play :)
They are not added to leveled lists so will not show up in vendors or NPCs.

Belatedly sorry for your loss and congrats on resuming your life. Glad to see you back on the scene! Been a fan of your work ever since Oblivion and my characters killed a Nations-worth of daedra armed with your bows and swords. From a long time fan I just want to say thank you for everything you made. Godspeed to you and yours!

You ask nicely, and it's amazing what can happen. V1.3 is available with everything I have created for Skyrim except the bow of the Dark0ne in one .esp
      Enjoy,
