IMPORTANT!
******************************************

The file name of the previous version of this mod is Alchemy Apparatuses 0.95.04.rar, and the new version is just Alchemy Apparatuses.rar. This means that if you are updating, you will have a duplicate of this mod and will need to do something to fix it. Backup your save, uninstall the old version, install the new version. Or just change the name of the plugin to match the old name and delete the old version.

I was less experienced at the time and didn't know that you're not supposed to rename mods when updating. This will not happen again in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience!

There are 5 versions of each apparatus - Novice, Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, Master
Each apparatus is equipped in an unused equipment slot. I have chosen to use Oblivion weights based on feedback received from previous version.

master 35%

retort increases magnitude and duration of positive effects by 5 - 50

master 50

alembic increases magnitude and duration of negative effects in poisons by 5 to 50

Oaristys for the meshes
Steve40 for the Silence script (and pretty much every other script in this thing)
Tamara for asking me to port this to SE and with troubleshooting help, never would have updated otherwise

Thanks Guys!

I also want to thank everyone who commented, pointing out the good, the bad, and the meh.

Known Issues & Compatabilities
******************************************
This mod still beta because the retort doesnt have a mesh yet. It works, just dont drop the retort.
All effects have been fully tested, they work. If anything doesn't work, please PM me.
Using this mod with any mod that adds new pieces of equipment and shares equipment slots with Alchemy Apparatuses will mean that when you equip the apparatuses, other things may be unequipped. Just re-equip your armor pieces when finished making potions.
This mod should not conflict with any other alchemy mods or any other mods I can think of.

Please report any problems and I will fix them asap. Based on history, "asap" refers to a period of several years.

This does not change vanilla ingredients, alter leveled lists, change perks, change the speed at which alchemy levels, etc.

Apparatus will not allow you to create potions in the field at this time. There are two mods that I currently know of that do this:

Portable Alchemy and Enchanting by Elec0:
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9881

Monys Portable Crafting Equipment by Monydragon
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12171#content

I've tested both and I don't really use either one. Test them for yourself and decide if they're right for you. Both are fully compatible.

Final note:

If there's anything that I've changed from a previous version that causes you any degree of dissapointment, please let me know and I will try to correct it. I can't imagine this being the case, but the last thing I want to do is cause someone who has enjoyed this mod over time to enjoy it less. PM me if this is the case.
