I love the apparatuses, but a lot of the added alchemy effects dont work, or have only one ingredient that gives a certain effect. Worthwhile effects are night eye, drain health, light, speed and silence. Other effects like fire/shock/frost shield, reflect damage, fortify intelligence, fortify wisdom, fortify luck and Jump do nothing. Fortify agility, endurance and strength are not worth the marginal effects given. I'm not sure if frost and fire damage are working, but it looks like they do not. Encumber also does nothing. There are also some extreme inconsistencies resulting in strange duration... like a 823 second paralyze, 10529 water breathing, 2982 second resist fire, and 800+ duration light.
I do appreciate the mod though and endorse it on the added apparatuses alone, since you can just choose to never use the added ingredients. I'd suggest a threesome with 'Arod's Alchemy Analyzer', and MrJack's 'Field Alchemy' since they both compliment this mod well.
Did you try both Balrog and Arcadia? I know there were some problems with Arcadia in the past. Also, if your character is level one, the apparatuses will not appear yet.
First, I love this mod. Second, I can not buy any of those apparatuses. I can buy the ingredients and the Poitons but no apparatuses. Do I overlook something?
tg08096@ please make a version that add things to the leveled lists, a simple bashed patch can solve any conflict with other mods that add things to leveled lists too
you actually got me into alchemy. i had downloaded .91a and the lady you added had no stock. so I decided to go ahead and get the new one but it wasn't there. Well now it is and I'm downloading it. Thanks.1!!
0.95.05 is up. Both merchants' stock is now properly working. As far as adding them to general vendor's lists, there are a couple things I don't mess with. One is perks, the other is vanilla leveled lists. The reason for this is that those things just create too many conflicts with other mods, and I don't need the headache.
Try some of the ingredients out. Trust me, you'll love it.
