I like the mod. Nice little details and I am glad you put in a way to acquire that wasn't just walk up, free home.

One little quibble - you have 3 spoons sitting in a tray on a shelf, they're actually a quest item, Wylandriah's spoon. Perhaps replace them with a generic Dwemer spoon?

This is such a lovely little house in a beautiful area of the Rift. Really like this open floorplan (hate to have to dodge furniture) and my follower gets around easily. The darling little fox in the yard is a really nice touch I think the only possible way to improve this place for my characters would be to add a small stable- otherwise its perfect! Thank you for sharing it

Endorsed..Just wanted to say, ta for a lovely house mod in the Rift..Tis my favourite area in all Skyrim..Been waiting for a house there, one navameshed for companions..I love the Rift, especially at dusk.. a perfect location on the lake yet not far from Riften for shopping..
I also love the infinite book shelf and potions..it tis a spacious feel, indeed, well-planned storage, and the welcoming atmosphere. All a plus..My wood Elf really likes it here..

I am using the very complex Vilja companion by Emma.., she does fine inside the house, even follows me to the basement..though sleeping in the bed, is yet something I yet to see her do, on her own...
Sometimes when I leave the house she does get caught inside and I must summon her..or re-enter then leave again..

She does get stuck in the garden but eventually makes it over the fence, will run into the side of the house for a bit till suddenly warps to the front door, and opens it..

Is the outside as well navameshed as the inside..In other words can she make it to the road to Riften without getting caught up in garden areas with fence..
Also when she cooks her feet do sink into the floor a bit..

Otherwise awesome house location..and house..love it...any comment about the bed, etc. and the fence outside..appreciated..
    Ta mate..

Was looking for a good home for one of my characters. This wasn't quite what I was after but I think I'll keep it anyway. I like that it's comfortable and with a lot of features but not too large.

I wanted a house in the Rift, and after searching for a long while I downloaded Hornrich Hearth today. What a gorgeous little house: simple and beautifully laid out with everything a character could need. I love the very logical little touches like the infinite potion and book shelves, the spacious feel, the well-planned storage, and the welcoming atmosphere.
Thank you very much for sharing!

p.s I also really appreciate the mannequin-free option. I've never been all that much into mannequins anyway, and the ones in Skyrim are both annoying and disconcerting.

    Thanks for the reply.

I actually changed the fox in the CK to a wolf with no problems. Hope that's OK with you. The grass fixed itself and now everything is great.

Haven't married yet in my new game. I did look at the cooking area and the NPC action for cooking in the CK(dunno the name for it) is sunk into the ground only showing the shoulders and above. When someone cooks their feet are sunk into hearth. I think that's why some others mentioned that. I will try my new wife soon.

One other thing that I don't know is related to your mod or another but my follower or wife won't enter the house.

I am running Spouses Can Live Anywhere and UFO. I have shouted the spell to make this my house.

Thanks again for all your hard work.

P.S. To anyone DLing this house. Despite my comments the house works 100% and is very well done. Nothing I have mentioned is game-breaking. Only minor cosmetics & easily fixed.
Also not mentioned in the description. The house has 2 iron ore deposits down by the lake and a Nirnroot spawn close by. Very convenient.

syscrusher, I thank you. I'm so glad that you and your wife love the place. Maybe one day, I'll move that smelter outside.

    Hey there, ufos8mycow!

    1. Glad you like it!

    2. I have never had any problems right there with NPC's but I've often wondered if I didn't put enough space in that area for them to walk through. Maybe she's getting hung up right there.

    3. There should be no grass in that area. It should look just like the screenshots. Sounds like you have the grass bug. Here's a fix for you.

    4. I always get problems when I try to change an existing creature into something else. Best thing to do would be to delete him and put in something else altogether. I can do that for you, if you like.
