Alea The Huntress becomes bugged with this mod, she gets a body suit man npc for clothes. Odd stuff indeed, I might post a picture of it some time. For now I will keep it for a photoshop edit.
I took a chance and tried your mod. I have to say I really enjoyed it. For a first mod you did an excellent job. I just endorsed this and am giving you a Kudos as well...Take care
I would convert it to an ESM, however, because the notorious Navmesh bug is REALLY noticeable from the get go. Followers will not even enter the area, and the Dremora are basically helpless.

Odd stuff indeed, I might post a picture of it some time.

*edit- a note about the house: the storage containers reset, but as far as I know, the weapon displays and mannequins do not.

Convert it to an ESM and navmesh bug goes away.
