I have only had one other report of CTD check to see if you have any other mods that affect that area.
This mod was fully tested on three deferent systems XP and WIN7 32bit and 64bit OS’s with no problems. Try changing load order, or make a hard save and turn off all your mods then a new hard save and turn this one back on if it works then start turning on mods till you find the one in conflict. This is a long painful process, and I have had to do it myself in FO3 and FNV with over two hundred mods running, and have had to do in with my own Skyrim game with some follower/ follower horse riding mods that were causing CTD or just not working.
looks very good..but crashes my game when approaching the house ( to test the mod i also made the map marker visible to travel to the logde in the CK but as soon as tast travel starts the game crashes )
